Hinodecho, Hatsunecho, Koganecho
Acrylic and oil on linen
6 panels
40×30 cm
Every city has its own rhythm. Mine, for the past few months, has been measured in birds, blossoms, telephone wires, and daily walks through Hinodecho, Hatsunecho, and Koganecho.
This six-panel painting is a diary rather than a statement, read from right to left, with each panel marking a small encounter that made Yokohama feel a little more familiar. The diary is still being written.
